Please note that packages will be marked abandoned if they are refused, not claimed, or if the customer has provided an incorrect address.

Lifespan Research Inc. is not responsible for packages which have been returned by postal service due to customer failure to claim a package within the postal service's chosen time frame. Any costs arising from additional shipping thereafter is the responsibility of the customer and the customer will be billed accordingly.
